Returning a Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items:
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered contact us within 72 hours to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a replacement or refund. A FedEx pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you in order to return the item. Once received back we will ship out the new item or issue a full refund back to you, whichever option you prefer. For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return. We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse. Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
Returning Items for any other reason:
If you are returning an item for any other reason please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for the return. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs along with a restocking fee of $8 or 20%, whichever is greater, to cover our initial shipping and handling costs. If you are an international customer the restocking fee will be taken from the price of the item and original shipping will not be refunded. Wheel and Sprocket reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received. Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
Order Changes and Cancellations:
A request to cancel or change an order must be done by phone to ensure it can be changed in time. Requests made by email are not always received in time and there is no guarantee the order will be updated before it ships. Orders that already have a tracking number cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order has already shipped please see our above policies to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a return.
