Excellent noise cancellation headphones in like-new condition.

Nice zippered case for convenient packing and storage.  Adapters included.

I also have a set of Bose Quiet Comfort headphones, and I find the noise cancellation performance of these headphones to be similar.  Both headphones provide good noise cancellation, but overlay some hiss when the cancellation is on. These are "on ear" type of headphones similar to Bose QC3.  I decided that I don't need two sets of headphones.

Some of the reviewers here have complained of a hum when the noise reduction switch is engaged.

Mine have no such hum. When I turn them on, much of the extraneous background noise immediately disappears. The sound quality is crisp and clear and much more defined than when the anti-noise technology is disengaged.To be sure I tested them in a quiet environment and the sound was still vastly better.

I do think these headphones are somewhat inferior to the Bose® QuietComfort® 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® Headphones. But the audio difference is slight and the economic advantage is significant.

I recommend these headphones.

This is a very luxurious looking and nice fitting headphone. I received it as a present, and it was a very nice surprise. I have to admit that this is a little over priced at $150 (just like other things you find in Sharper Image, but they do carry good stuff), but I have never had headphone that fits this comfortably that I could wear for a long time. Also the noise-cancellation feature worked perfect; I don't hear any noise when its on. I have had noise-cancellation headphones from other brands, but this was the best one I had. It also came with a fitted bag for protection when carrying around. Overall, looks great, worked perfect, but over priced.

Despite the mixed reviews here, these headphones actually work Great. They were recommended to me by a couple of different Flight Attendants, and who could make a better consumer review than someone who makes a living flying in an airplane.

I definitely wasn't disappointed either when I got to try them out myself on a flight, the sound quality/clarity is superb and i thought the price was right. They are a little heavy given the over-the-ear nature, but they are still pretty comfortable, I didn't have much trouble on a six hour flight.
