OneCall requires a signature when your package is delivered.
This is a safety measure designed to ensure that you receive your order. For example, if your package is simply left outside without your signature, the potential for loss increases considerably. We will be happy to ship to your place of business or another location that is more convenient for you.

Special TV instructions
TV does not seem to function properly: we will help troubleshoot and determine how to solve the problem. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will arrange for service to assess the television. If service does not resolve the issue we will arrange with our carrier to contact you to schedule an exchange or return.
Don't like it: if you want to return your TV we will accept your return, however, we ask that you pay for return shipping and any associated reprocessing fees. You will also need to pack the television in its original box with all of the original packing material, accessories and outer box. We will arrange with our carrier to contact you to schedule a return.
