This item is a set of 4 napkin rings made by Corning/Corelle in the Butterfly Gold pattern.  They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks,r scratching or wear to the motif.

How I do business:

Safe shipping:  Packing is one of my strongest points!  Bubble wrap is used on all of my glassware, no exception, and all merchandise is packed with care.

Descriptions:  I do my best to provide an honest, accurate and detailed description of my merchandise.  If you think I've made an error or omission in a listing and are not happy, let me know.  I want my customers happy!

Shipping time:  I ship M-F and usually get items out the next business day after payment received.  Shipping guaranteed within 3 days of payment. 

Shipping method:  I ship all my items via United States Postal Service.  I ship the most economical way possible, usually Parcel Post.  Shipping costs are based on size of box, distance and weight.  If the cost difference between Parcel Post (receipt in 2 to 9 business days) and Priority (receipt in 2 to 3 business days) is not much different, I upgrade to Priority.  I will not know this until I take your packed item to the post office but I will inform you of the method shipped when I send you your shipping notification e-mail.  Books and printed matter are shipped media mail (receipt time varies). 

Communication:  I answer all questions within 24 hours of receipt.  I send an e-mail to every customer who makes a purchase to let them know when their item has been shipped.  Please make sure your e-mail address on your account is correct so you'll receive it!

Feedback:  I leave positive feedback once an item is paid for and shipped and hope my buyers will do the same on receipt of their item(s) or contact me if there is a problem.   

Cancellation of Sale:   I sell items available here in various venues and keep my inventory in all these venues updated continually.  However, there is a remote possibility that an item may sell in two places at once.  If that happens, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and will return any money paid upon notification of unavailability of the item. 

Returns:  If you are unhappy for any reason, I'm happy to accept return of the item within 7 days of receipt of your item and if you contact me first.  I will not refund shipping charges unless the error is mine.
