returns will be credited minus actual
shipping costs to and from the customer and
any re-stocking fees that may occur 10% -
25% depending on the items and the condition
of the returned item and its packaging..
Please note all large
items are shipped by freight and any damages
need to be noted at the time of delivery on
both copies of the invoice from the delivery
company otherwise the damage will not be
covered by the insurance claims.
If you receive an item with damage please
keep all packaging and e-mail us with your
Name, address and phone number, and the
tracking number on the package so we can start the claims process. Do not
refuse the package or you will be charged
all shipping costs both ways .
We ship
out UPS ground and other carriers for all our
smaller items. Larger
items are freight shipped and
may have a longer delay in shipping due to
the large size of the items. |

We accept all major credit cards thru our
own credit card processing, Paypal and all
credit cards are accepted by phone.
Payment must be received with-in 7 days of invoice date or we will
file a non-paying bidder report. Sales tax of 8.75%
added on all sales

ordered sofas are non-refundable.
All custom ordered furniture is
non-refundable so please be sure you like
the item and the color choice before
ordering, please call us if you have any
questions or would like any fabric swatches.
We do require photos of any damages to
the
items before we file a damage claim,
small nicks and scratches are not
covered by damage claims.
Damage during shipping has to go thru the claims department
for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping
insurance is paid for. Please
ask us any questions you might have by e-mail before you purchase and we will get back
to you as soon as possible. All non-custom orders that
are returned will
incur a 10% - 25% restocking fee,
