Items which are unwanted, incorrect, or otherwise faulty may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in the original condition with all tags and packaging included. We are not able to provide return labels, customers are responsible for posting back items for return or exchange. We will refund return postal costs in cases where the return is due to a fault on our part (for example an incorrect item is received). For cases where the fault has not been on our part (for example you have ordered the wrong size) return postal costs are not refunded. Further to this, a fee of £3 for UK customers, and £8 for international customers will be due before new items can be dispatched. This covers standard Royal Mail shipping.
