To pay with PayPal simply complete eBay checkout process. PayPal allows you to pay with a credit card, bank account, and many other options. Setting up a PayPal account is easy at www.paypal.com. Applicable sales tax will be charged on any orders shipped to Massachusetts or Utah.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Shipping Truck Delivery
- Delivery to: The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck. If you are ordering a large item, please note that you may need a couple of people to help unload it and carry it inside.
- Assembly Service: None
- Remember: You must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign.
- Delivery Estimate after Shipment: 3-10 business days
- Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s pick-up location, he/she will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to transport the product(s) from the truck inside, however several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional shipping services. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services.
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you must arrange
for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return please
call us toll-free at 1-866-513-5799. Our customer service team will
provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number
within a few business days. Returned products must be in their
original package and must be brand new and unused.
Due to the high cost of shipping truck and white glove freight,
returns for these items are in most cases prohibitively expensive.

product questions. Of course, unforeseen problems with your orders
will be handled free of charge. Please see our replacement policy

Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping
has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of
the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the
cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. In the case of a return,
you will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound
shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee when your return has been

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send you replacements free of charge. Please call the toll-free phone number on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you.
Replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.
