Great Resource in nursing school
I used this book throughout my nursing school. And it was a lifesaver it breaks everything done and get to the meat of the disease process instead of having a lot of fluff. The questions are also very helpful it allows you to practice answering nursing school questions which are different than just regular test questions. The only downfall is it doesn't have every disease in it but overall a great source. Everyone in my class had this one or the newest edition to help them study

This book should be mandatory for all nursing school students.
i used saunders to help me pass my lpn nclex in one try, with minimum amount of questions. I am now using the rn version as a study aid while in school for my rn. The book helps not only with NCLEX prep, but with all nursing school test prep. I am confident that i will pass my nclex rn in one try also. The question cd with rationals is the best study aid ever. This book is a must have for nursing school.Added August 18,2012: I passed my NclexRN in one try with the 75 question minimum using this and thenclexreview.com which basically follows this book so you can hear the instructor read the book for you and expound on it for you. the best! I am now an RN!

Overall a pretty good buy.
The cd is very helpful for practicing questions; however, I have found some incorrect answers/inconsistencies in the text. The text is not very helpful to me but has a lot of information. The information is presented in a way that doesn't help me focus or doesn't provide enough "tricks" to remember certain concepts though. There seems to be just enough information to distract me and not enough figures/tables. In summary, the text portion is a boring read. However, the product is pretty good overall...
