This means the phone has been refurbished by qualified technicians to function like new, and has some sings of use such as scuffs or scratches. The unit has no major damage. The battery and all accessories are new genuine OEM products.
The phone is unlocked and ready for use on GSM networks such as AT&T, T-Mobile, StraighTalk, ect. (was originally AT&T). Contacting your service provider for service activation may be needed.
If you are unsure if this phone is compatible with your service provider, please contact them and ask if an unlocked AT&T phone will work on their network.

Configuring Phone's MMS and Web

Most instructions can be found easily on the interenet or given by the service provider. **NOTE** T-Mobile customers will not be able to access 3G or 4G network service with this phone. Only EDGE network speeds are available for T-Mobile since this phone was originally for AT&T. WiFi is fully capable. Check with your service provider for further details.
