I needed a faster CPU in my cell phone then what I had. This unit has 624 mghz processor which is plenty fast. I also wanted a better camera this one has 5.o megapixels and my old one had only 2.o megapixels. I wanted a Windows mobile cell phone not android this one has mobile 6.1 professional and access to Word, Xcell and pdf reader. It also could be easy to put SPB software shell 3.5 and TV, Radio, and many other improvements. I'm very adept at windows programs and this made it easy. I also like the WiFi abilities as I don't like paying for internet access twice once for home and once for phone amounts to nearly 100 dollars a month. I would surely by this phone again and I didn't have to sign a contract for another 2 years with my carrier. Parts are also plentiful and cheap for this phone.Read full review
This is a very nice phone to use. I recommend this to anyone who wants a simple phone with the functions of a computer. The Optical trackpad is really useful for internet browsing. The thing i don't like about this product is that it has no Widgets. I highly suggest getting a stylus along with this phone.
Buyer Beware. This has been the most inadequate, frustrating phone I have ever used. I bought 2 phones, new, and one came with a dead battery (AT&T phones). When put into use, it had the same, aggravating faults. The model has very poor range, mostly not picking up calls, or just dropping them. The programs are far from user friendly, typically not completing tasks, or requiring 2 or 3 attempts. It is amazing that Samsung would allow such a poor model to stay on the market.
Not easy to use, very small screen and difficult to write and scroll, select an item!!!! I was a little disappointed with the smartphone maybe because perhaps because I have had an HTC wilfire before that I've had "lost"!!!!:-(!!!
Great phone! bad touch screen with time bad battery life to a 1500 mah battery good for all other features.
