Very nice phone. The size and what you get out of it is acceptional. Nice face with several features that are easy to use and easy to access. The size and weight is perfect for someone on the move.
This phone does its job. At the time it was called a smartphone after the iPhone killer, Instinct (original) came out a year before it. It wasn't the biggest success story but it lasted. As of now I am not saying this phone is bad it worked just fine and had a couple of cool features like good navigation, an okay camera if you needed to capture a quick pic and it was an alright music player as well. Just looking back and comparing it to what we have now I could say this phone is jut an alright backup if you need an older phone or a starter phone for a son or daughter.
I purchased this phone knowing it was NOT a smart phone. I expected to activate it on my "basic" Sprint plan. Sprint considers this a smart phone and would not activate it. I tried several times, hoping I would talk to someone who had the authority to say; "awww, O.K. we'll turn it on for you." Now, you get a free android phone with a data plan, rendering this phone completely and utterly worthless.
The color was not what was listed. It's grey with a pink plaid. Had to take it to the Sprint store because it won't send or recieve texts in our home. Still having problems.
