Defective Merchandise Returns:

Any item that is not covered by a manufacturer's warranty will have a 90 days warranty from our company. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement unit or we may repair the item and return it back to you. All items covered by a valid manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.

Non-Defective Merchandise Returns:

All Non-Defective returns within 14 days from the invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.  After 14 days from the invoice date, we are unable to take returns.

* ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT.  All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in original packaging.  A return will not be processed or a restocking fee may be applied in the event any items included in the original shipment is not present in the returned package. In the event that a return shipment is received with improper packaging, altered or physically damaged, the return will be denied and will not be processed.

Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  RMA numbers will expire after 14 days.  Any return package received without an RMA number will be refused.
