For some items, an additional SquareTrade warranty may be available (this is a third party service, we are not responsible for SquareTrade).
No hassle returns and exchanges
We offer a 30 day warranty (for faulty items) that will be processed via exchange or refund (buyer's choice). If the item is functional and/or as described refunds are still available, but there will be a restocking fee (10% of item price, minimum $5.99). Other fees may apply if the condition of the phone has changed.
If your item is defective, please contact us with your issue. Many problems can be fixed without needing to send the phone back.
Please note that we do not charge the batteries.
If you are sending the item back, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the item back (with tracking); we will ship the replacement at our cost.
Before sending an item back, please contact us first. We will first try to trouble shoot it and if not successful we have to issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions. Any returns without proper RMA# will be disregarded.
Make sure to include all items in the condition you received them in, as well as any important information, including your eBay ID, contact information, reason for return, etc.
