It is very important the you check with straight talk to find out if this phone is available for use in your area.  You can do this by going to their website and typing in your address.  If this phone does not come up on the list of available phones DO NOT buy it and hope for the best, it will not work.  

The phone for sale is a Samsung Galaxy Precedent for use on the Straight Talk wireless network.  The phone has moderate wear, with many light scratching on the main lens, some of which is visible from arms length, but does not interfere with visibility while the phone is powered on.   There is some scuffing on the main housing and battery cover, most of which is what you would be expect to find in a used phone.  The phone comes with a battery, it DOES NOT come with a charger or any other accessories.

 This phone is used so it can only be activated by calling the activation number.  It CANNOT be activated via the website.  This is true of all used Straight Talk phones. This phone can only be activated using the $45 prepaid card or your credit/debit card.  Because it uses Android it will not work on the $30 plan
