A signature will be required for delivery. PO BOX, AK, MP, VI, PR, & HI must select USPS as method of shipment. APO’s & FPO’s must select USPS as method of
shipment. We reserve the right to refuse shipment if requirements are not
met. Insurance is
included in all our shipments. TV will be securely strapped onto a Pallet
for extra security! Tracking available as well!
Shipping & Handing is FREE via
Freight LTL (less-than-truckload), dispatched by Diversified Transportation Services.

UP: Are you in the greater Seattle area? Don't wait or go
through the hassle of us shipping this to you.
WA sales tax (9.5) will be added
to your total during checkout. We will waive (if any) shipping
fee's.

PST. Unfortunately we are not open on the weekends.
We can assist with the
loading of TV's, but please bring appropriate equipment/car or
truck to make sure the item will fit securely in your vehicle.

Warranty & Return Policy
If you experience any problems or you are unsatisfied, please email us by

Warranty for US buyers:
This item has 90 days of warranty through us for repair or replacement, in the
event of a functionality issue that cannot be repaired or is not covered through
the manufacturer warranty
If you decide this item isn't for you within the first 14 Days (beginning on the
date of reception) and the item is functioning properly as described in the
auction, you may return for a refund. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Shipping charges (if
any) are non refundable and must be paid by the buyer. Returned item
must be received in original condition with all accessories
included. Significantly damaged items are not accepted for return
and must proceed with a claim. Damaged boxes are not a reason for
return.
Extended warranty packages are also available by clicking on the "warranty" link
above.
If you receive your item and it is
physically damaged by the shipping carrier, please refuse the
package upon arrival or you must report this issue with us within 3
days of receiving the item. If you do not contact us during these 3
days, your return will not be accepted. All damaged items during
shipping will be refunded once the claim has been approved. Shipping
claims may take up to 2 weeks.

Answer: This item is Manufacturer Refurbished. It was purchased new and
then returned for whatever reason, at which point it was tested, cleaned, and
refurbished back to factory standards by the manufacturer. It will show slight
signs of use, possibly hairline scratches or scuffs. It will have no
functionality issues. This means no scratches on the screen, no dead pixels, no
excessive wear. Buying refurbished is a great deal; the quality is excellent and
