Return Policy

• All items are guaranteed to arrive in 100% perfect condition.
• Items are packed very well in shipping foam and place system for safer shipping.
• In the unlikely event of damage or loss, your item will be replaced at no charge.
• You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and provide us with the sales invoice number and photographs of the damage.  Otherwise, we accept returns minus the associating shipping cost, plus 20% restocking fee.
• Items must be returned within 7 days with tracking confirmation.
