If the item got there damaged you have 10 days of receiving the package to let us know that the shipment was damaged, we will setup the return of your product, once we received it back we will ship the replacement if we have them in stock, otherwise we will refund the entire purchase including the shipping

Shipping Details

This product ships to destinations in the contiguous United States only. The shipping fee noted in the listing covers the cost for shipping to the 48 states. For all other destinations, please contact us for a free quote.

Shipping cost includes curbside delivery with free liftgate service. Delivery company is not responsible for lifting or carrying any products into the house. For heavier shipments, we recommend that you have help available to move the product into your home.

In stock products are typically ready for transport in 1-3 business days. Once an item leaves the warehouse transport time is typically 2-6 business days. Most products ship via UPS Ground. Larger items may require freight shipping. . The shipping and delivery windows may be slightly longer for larger items.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make all notations on the freight bill to ensure All World Furniture's right to claim reimbursements. Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear and tear but please carefully inspect the product for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the product. Failure to do this will void all insurance! If the damage is severe, please refuse ONLY the item that is damaged and make notations on the freight bill. If the product is nicked or scraped, please keep the product and make the proper remarks on the freight bill. The product will be repaired or replacement parts will be sent. Please notify All World Furniture immediately during the time of delivery in the event that there is damage.
