Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: It is our aim to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. Deliveries are usually 2-5 business days whithin Canada, 6-10 business days to US and 6-10 business days internationally; unless otherwise stated in the listing. You will receive an email when your item is shipped.
Q: How much is the shipping & handling charge?
A: The shipping and handling cost is shown in the listing. Simply click on the shipping and payments TAB that is located under the picture and enter your postal/zip code or choose your country and it will show you how much is the shiping charges to your location.
Q: How do I order multiple items?
A: Just purchase as many items as you want and when you are done with your purchases, just drop us a line to let us know you are done so we can combine your order in order to save on the shipping cost or so we can apply our shippin promotion accordingly.
Q: I received the wrong product, how will you handle this?
A: It rarely occurs that the wrong item is sent; however, if it does happen, then please notify us ASAP if the item is different than the item you purchased so that we can arrange a full replacement to be sent. Please include the eBay item#, your email address used with PayPal and other relevant information to expedite the handling of your order.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We always combine the shipping cost unless you qualify for our shipping promotion that frequently is going on and then we apply our shipping promotion to your package to even greater postage savings.
Q: Can I call you on the phone?
A: You can not call us on the phone at this time. We hope to have a calling center to take your calls soon. In the meantime you can send us an email.
Q: How do I cancel my order after I won?
A: Please bid on our items only if you intend to pay. If you are unable to pay, we will be required to file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay as this is the only means for us to recover the selling fees.
Q: Is this item new and authentic?
A: All our items are new and 100% authentic. We don't sell imitations.
Q: What is Your return policy?
A: Our return policy can be found at our store policy page. Please read our store policy page. A link is provieded in every single listing or at our store front page at the top left corner just above our store logo.
Q: Can I go to PayPal's site and send direct payment to you?
A: Yes you can always send a direct payment to us; however, just drop us a line to let us know.
Q: What are the specifications, size, dimensions, for an item?
A: All this information should be in the listings. If the information you require is not there please let us know and we will endeavor to get it on the site as soon as possible.
Q: Is it okay if I wait for a few days to make the payment?
A: We require the payment within 7days. After that period the checkout will close and a non payment dispute will be opened.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: We don't usually accept customer pick up on these items but you can always contact us to see if something can be arranged.
Q: If in the case that pick up can be arranged, where are you located?
A: We are located in the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada; however, if pick up will be arranged, the exact address will be provide so you can come and pick your item/s up.
Q: I'm looking for a specific product. Do you carry it?
A: It is very possible, please contact us as not all our ebay items are listed on our eBay stores.

As my commitment to better serve my customers, I DO NOT get a cent from the shipping cost. If you by your own send the shipping payment and you do not send enough, I WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM; on the other hand, if you send more than what the shipping cost is, I will refund every cent of your money because I DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY. Many buyers have experienced it already.
I ship all the items through the standard shipping method which takes 6-10 business days to US and Overseas and it almost always include insurance. Throughout Canada, I always ship the items through Expedite Parcel Service which offers insurance and tracking number. No matter if you live in Canada or abroad, if your shipping cost is less than $5.00, it does not include insurance. If you would like to choose a different shipping method, please contact me. You have the right of choosing what kind of shipping you want to pay; however, the more you pay, the less you wait for your items, on the other hand, the less you pay the more you have to wait for your items. I always ship the items in less than 24 hours of receiving payment, unless I receive the payment after 2pm on Fridays, then, the items will be in the post office Monday morning.

I ship all my items with Canada Post and at the time of shippment you will receive an email with all the shipping information, which includes a tracking number, the estimated time the item takes to arrive at your door, information about the items and a note from the seller etc etc.
Please note that if the item takes more time to arrive than the estimated time given by the Post office it is not my fault. You should send a message to me regarding the delay of your item and I will call Canada Post regarding the delay of your item but please don't get mad at me just because your item is taking too long to arrive IT IS NOT MY FAULT. I have stamped proof as I dropped your item at the post office in less than 24 Hours from the time of your payment, unless it is a weekend.
Please note that the shipping you pay is not for me to do a job for you it is for the Post Office that will work for you because you paid them; so, you are welcome to call the Post Office and bug them about the delay of your item. Canada Post Phone Number is (1 866 607 6301) it is a toll free number and every unsatisfied buyer has the right to call them and address their concerns about the delay of the items.
The Buyer is responsible of providing accurate shipping address at the time of payment. If your payment is through PayPal, we assume that your PayPal shipping information is correct. If your item comes back because your shipping information was not correct, you will be responsible for any charging fees that might incur as a result of a returned item.
Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without trying to resolve the problem by contacting us first! We work very hard to make our customers happy and to protect our reputation. We have a liberal return policy with people who contact us about a problem, and have never received a neutral or negative feedback from those who have contacted us, nor did we leave them one. If you still choose to leave an inflammatory feedback, without giving us a chance to solve any problems, please understand your feedback will ALWAYS be responded by a NEGATIVE to you. So PLEASE try and solve any problems with us, before leaving inflammatory, malicious, or hostile feedback.
Due to the low price and the nature of items we sell, it is not possible to give a refund just because you don't like what you have purchased. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you be sure you like the item before you purchase it to avoid your dissatisfaction. If IN THE FIRST SEVEN DAYS you have a "good reason" that is keeping you from being satisfied with your purchase, then we will do our best to replace it immediately at no cost to you. If we are unable to replace your item immediately, you are welcome to choose another item that you like for the same value approximately or a full refund will be given.
Please note that we define the "good reason" like for example: Item arrived damaged or broken, Machine or aparatus not working, Item is not as described, Not the same as pictured with no explanation, item with expired date.
What is not a "good reason" for a refund: Hair removal cream does not work on your body; You don't like the smell of your cosmetic product; you are alergic or sensitive to a cream, serum or spray etc.; Item arrived too late; You don't like the item; Item does not fit you but it is the size you ordered.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM:
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, YOU MUST NOT BRAKE ITS SEAL OR OPEN IT. If you brake the seal or open it, I can not give you a refund; you have to keep it. When you receive your items please make sure it is the item you ordered before doing anything else.
If you are looking to purchase an item where you can return it for any reason and with no quesitons asked, YOU MUST NOT PURCHASE IT HERE.
