To Canada:
Shipping cost within Canada will be FREE to residential address. Rural area may cost slightly more. We will not ship to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Newfoundland. This shipping price is curb side delivery only. Any carrying into your residence, whether it is in side your house, garage, or on your property in general would cost extra handling fees and WILL be charged. Sales tax will be taxed on the final price of the item itself plus shipping, tailgate and insurance.

To US:
Shipping cost to US will be $899 to residential address. Rural area may cost slightly more. We will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. No sales tax will be applied for US customers. However, US customers are responsible for importing and related fees, such as bond fee, custom fee, and duty. If US customers are not familiar with the importing system and requesting for aid, we can provide this service for you with a low service charge.

International Buyers:
We will ship worldwide. Buyer needs to confirm the shipping cost with us before making a bid. International shipping is to the nearest international cargo port delivery only, therefore, buyer is required to pick up the item at the port. No sales tax will be applied for international buyers. However, international buyers are responsible for all the importing and related fees.

Please allow 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. Highest bidder agrees to prepay the closing bid of this item plus a non-refundable shipping, handling, insurance cost, and clear custom charge for non-Canada delivery. Shipping costs which includes shipping, handling, securing of the package, packing material, package pickup-fee, and any other fees that incur.

Local Pickups:
Local pickup is possible and if you are going to pick up the unit, please contact us after the auction has ended. We will charge $199 handling for warehouse fee, in and out fee...etc. Moreover, HST (13%) will be applied for local pick-ups. We will contact our customer for an appointed pick-up time within one month after the payment is cleared. Customer will have one week to pick up the spa unit after our notice. The reason for this is because we do not want all the customer to come at once. Please keep in mind that the spa unit is very huge, so a normal size pick-up truck might not be enough.

Warranty
Bid with confidence. All spa units have twelve months parts limited warranty. This limited warranty covers every part of the spa unit. The spa unit must be installed by a licensed plumber or else the warranty will be void. Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. Part(s) for replacement must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense and customer are also responsible for the returning shipping cost. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Purchaser is required to send us a picture(s) of the damaged item and the invoice from us when requesting to file a damaged claim. The damaged claim form must be filed to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will process the warranty request within 3 business days and credits will be issued within 14 days of the original claim.

Return
No Product may be returned directly to The Home Budget Houseware Inc. without first contacting us for a Return Material Authorization. We must be notified of a customer's intent to return an item, for any reason, within 7 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. All items must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which are accompanied in the original shipment, and the item MUST be in resalable condition. Returns after this period will not be accepted. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.

Refund
To be eligible for refund, the purchaser needs to contact us within 3 days after the payment is received. No refund will be allowed after 3 days or once the item has been shipped. We will charge 10% covering fee of the total amount we have received to cover all the expenses, such as eBay fee and Paypal fee, incurred in the transaction. Refund will be given after subtracting the covering fee and will be issued within seven business day. However, shippment fee is non-refundable once the item has been shipped.

Payment must be submitted within 3 days after the auction ends. If no payment is made within 3 days, an unpaid item report will be made and negative feedback will be given. We will then re-list the item in auction and it will no longer be on hold for the winning bidder. If customers have any questions or problems with submitting a payment, contact us immediately to resolve the problem with us.

The purchaser of the spa unit accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. This unit is NOT to be used at any commercial places. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liabilities arising from the use of this product. The spa unit must be installed by a licensed professional plumber, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The Home Budget Houseware Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages or lost if customers improperly use the unit. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping, handling charges, tax and duty. Also, purchasers who live outside of Canada may be required to clear customs in order for the shipping company to gain access to the product shipment. In order to authorize the shipping company and the broker to do all the paper work, your signature and social sercurty number are required by the shipping company and broker. Without your authorization, the shipping company and broker will not be able to deliver your items aboard.
