ANY QUESTIONS OR ADDITIONAL PICTURES NEEDED JUST EMAIL ME.
Please read the fine print below to save us both any hassles. I have a great feedback rating (except for one joker I reported to ebay) and I want both of us to be satisfied we got what we expected out of our transaction.
CONDITION (what to expect from me and my listings):
New = Packaged and sealed in original packing and is just as you might find it in a large retailers shelves. This may include dings to the plastic viewing area and / or general shelf wear and may include price stickers on the item.
Used = Loose, not in original packaging although packaging may be included if shown in photos.
I only accept payment via PayPal. If I understand things correctly you can use a credit card through the PayPal system to remit funds. Standard payment terms are 96 hours from Auction end. If payment is not received I will file a case with eBay so that I can reclaim the fees that are charged by eBay upon auction close. This may surprise you but eBay doesn’t care if I have the funds yet. They bill me the moment the auction closes. I am never filing a case to “get you” I am filing a case to get the charges removed from my bill.
It’s a no-brainer. Of course I combine shipping. If you buy one item than the shipping price is as posted. Buy a second listing and I will weigh the items and charge ACTUAL shipping price. No handling fees, No Bull and no profit is made on shipping. I always post the shipping price on the label.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING:
Shipping price is listed on each auction. If shipping is listed as free it is exactly that. I do not negotiate prices once the auction ends.
Shipping method for loose figures and any transaction 13 ounces or less will be by First Class Mail. Larger items will be via Parcel Post or Priority Mail unless I specify otherwise
Loose figures (one to four items) typically ship in a large bubble mailer. Anything with sharp edges that might poke out ships boxed. Mailers are a great way to save weight but if an item might be crushed (if MISB) or scratched I wrap in a generous amount of bubble wrap and box securely. I take shipping seriously and absolutely hate it when some joker piles my items in a box without protection.
I usually do not ship internationally but if you really have to have an item please send me a message and ask for a quote. If I can handle shipping to your location I will provide a cost. International shipping is always Priority mail with no exception. By default all of my auctions block international bids. Please don’t be put off but just understand I am trying to keep things simple. This isn’t a big business for me but rather a hobby.
I SHIP FAST.
Most items ship next day following cleared payment.
I do accept returns. I do this because it‘s the right thing to do. The buyer will pay return shipping. If I have made a mistake (shipped you the wrong item etc) I will pay return shipping. The method of the shipping used if paid by me will be agreed upon before submitting for a refund. I once shipped an incorrect item in July 2011 that cost me 12 bucks to ship. Somehow I received a bill for 19 dollars in return shipping. You can understand after reading that why I put in this disclaimer.
I leave feedback once I print the shipping label. I do this because my portion of the transaction has been completed. I appreciate it when buyers leave feedback.
I learned from eBay that stating “what you see is what you get” is considered too vague. Please note I am never selling you a photo of items. I am always selling the items shown in the photo that match the description and / or header. If something is not included such as a figure stand it will be stated in the description. The backdrop is never included unless stated. I’m not selling the dioramas I create.
eBay considers me a seller. I like to think of myself as a collector that happens to sell. I’m not a big fan of packaged items as I like to touch the items, build dioramas, and generally display them in my office until I either run out of space or tire of them. When one of these two occurs you will find the items here in my listings. I acquire my items from eBay, Craigslist, local collectors, random garage sales, vintage shops, and on some rare occasions…the store.
I never state that it comes from a smoke free / pet free home. I think that is a gimmick sellers use to assure you the item doesn’t stink. I’ve acquired stinky toys before. I don’t pass them along. They go off to Goodwill after a good scrubbing. I have pets and they aren’t allowed to play with the toys no matter how much they ask.
I’m a pretty flexible guy. If you have questions just ask. If something in my auction is vague just shoot me a question before you bid.
