Our Payment Policy:

After auctions and listings ended, payment must be received within 3 days after closing. We reserve the right to send 2nd offers to the next winning buyer or cancel the transaction once the payment is not received within this period nor any contact or email is received from you. After that, we will file an unpaid item dispute as due course. Thank you for your strict compliance of this House Rules regarding payments. We reserve the right to deny purchase rights to any buyer who can not pay within 3 days upon payment.

Shipping Time and Policy:

We are shipping via EMS by default. It has tracking number online and is the safest and fastest and most reliable of all. We will inform you via Paypal and Ebay of the tracking number once it is shipped. Basically, we have 5-10 business days to process your items and orders, in case of delays, we will inform you of anything and update you via email.

Who we are and What service we do:

We are a collective number of sellers in partnership in marketing and making it easy for foreign collectors to buy premium and authentic items from our network of local collectors, co-sellers, shop owners and private collectors letting us manage and sell items not rarely offered and seen on Ebay. We do manage some local estate collections. We will be dealing with types of collectibles from Japan from now on, please bookmark us or send us your requests for particular items. Unless, otherwise stated specifically in each auctions, all items are non-returnable and SOLD AS IS. If you have specific concerns and issues and questions please DO SETTLE them before bidding and buying and NOT AFTER. We will not entertain any complaints regarding the items post-auctions as we are trying our best to significantly describe and represent them as listed. All items are checked for flaws before processed and PROFFESSIONALLY PACKED AND SHIPPED.

NOTE TO OTHER EBAYERS/SELLERS:

Due to the volume of consigments we receive, for some reasons there are many ebayers who contact us trying to sell their items to us. Once and for all, we do not buy stocks internationally and so please refrain asking us to buy your collections. If you want to sell them, just sell them to Ebay yourselves. However if you are a local Japanese and want our marketing services and expertise in selling your items and collections, please contact us, we are open for any arrangements to help you. We have a wide network of buyers from whom we can market your products. Mainly, we trade and buy local and assist local dealers and collectors in selling their items globally.
