ITEM DESCRIPTION: Used, powers up - untested. This camera powers up but has not been fully tested. It is surplus equipment from a local government agency. It seems to be complete other than missing the mount that connects the viewfinder to the camera. Selling as-is.

SHIPPING TERMS: The buyer is to pay all shipping charges. Most items will be listed with the ebay shipping calculator so that you can calculate your shipping cost prior to bidding.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged the USPS, FEDEX or UPS retail shipping rate as given by the ebay shipping calculator. These are the actual rates as computed by the calculator based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the distance it is to be shipped.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to provide faster shipping service I am currently phasing my shipping operation to a shipping contractor. The contractor mainly uses FEDEX for ground shipments but I have not been able to change the type of shipment in all of my ads. If you choose UPS as a shipping option, your item may be shipped FEDEX ground instead of UPS.
FIXED SHIPPING RATE - CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY!
If a fixed shipping rate is stated in the ad, it applies to shipment within the Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and International will need to contact me for shipping rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT CUSTOMS DECLARATION:
International customs fees and customs brokerage fees (if applicable) will be charged to the buyer. The customs declaration form will be filled out truthfully with the actual bid amount given as the value of the package. I will not mark items as gifts or claim a value less than what has been paid for the item.
