Payment must be made before 1pm on Fridays for the item to be shipped on Friday.

Items paid on Friday after 1pm, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on Monday.

•  We ship all items by UPS Ground delivery or USPS Priority Mail. *NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes*

•  If an item is lost or damaged or slow shipping by USPS or UPS PLEASE have the patience and understanding to allow us to fix the problem. Please do not fault or company for services not rendered by UPS or USPS in a unsatisfactory manner. 

•  If the item states FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY this means ITEM IS FOR LOCAL PICK ONLY. No exceptions will be made.

•  We can only ship to registered PayPal and eBay addresses. *NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE*

•  We will combine items for discounted shipping rates.   The invoice for multiple purchases will include a discounted shipping rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

• We only deliver international when it is offered on the top of the listing under "Other Item Info"

• All Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International

• We will declare the amount paid on the Customs Form, please be aware of your countries possible customs tax as we are not liable.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the item. We will work with you in every case on a return to make sure that you at the very least get the contact information you need to make sure you get what you deserve and what you have paid for!

Items MUST BE returned back to us in the condition that they were received, with all parts and original packaging included. The return must be sent back in a box, please do not just send it back in the manufacturer packaging or with stickers and markings on the package. The customer is responsible to insure that we receive the return back. Please keep all tracking and documentation once you ship your item back so it can be tracked if necessary.

Returns can take 7-10 business days to process once it has been received back. This time is for inspecting and testing the return so thank you for being patient.
