Craftie Cafe uses Australia Post service to ship all items. Items are dispatched within the same day the payment is cleared/received (cut off 12 pm midday) or the next business day. Please allow at least 4-6 business days after shipping for your package to arrive. We will combine postage when possible. Customers typically receive at least 50% off postage & handling on each additional item purchased. If purchasing more than one item, please "request total" to obtain combined invoice reflecting shipping discounts prior to check out. Registered and/or Express Post are optional extras at your expense.

Payment can be made via Paypal or Bank Deposit. For Bank Deposit, please ensure you leave your Ebay username (ID) on the bank deposit. Payment is due within 5 days of purchase unless agreed to prior to purchase. When paying via Paypal, please ensure the correct shipping address is selected.
