We stand behind our products and strive to make sure you are happy with your purchases. Please inspect your orders upon receipt, at times there is damage during shipping from the carrier. We choose to ship via UPS or USPS. We recommend you check each package and if noticeable damage refuse the deliver and have it returned to us then immediately contact us and a representative will help in assisting to file a claim. UPS will then pick up the package for inspection. The process could take up to 5-8 business days. Once the damaged item is returned a replacement item will be sent to you. Errors do occur and if you have a problem with any of our products let us know and we will gladly assist you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to process an exchange providing the product is in the original packaging, clean, has the original manufacturer information, has not been installed or disassembled, not damaged, no missing parts, hardware or instructions, and returned within 14 day period. There are no returns allowed on any electrical parts or special order item, no warranty on friction wear. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection, and verified that your return meets the return guidelines, a replacement will be shipped to you. All returns will be on an exchange or replacement basis only. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipment for the return. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items incorrectly shipped to Top Choice Auto Parts will not be returned. Items not purchased from Top Choice Auto Parts will not be accepted.
