Payment:
Payment for online purchases will be made through PayPal within 4 days of the auction end date/time. Please note that all combined purchases to include shipping must be paid within 4 days of the end of the first auction. If payment is not made in its entirety within that 4 day time period, the auction item will be relisted, negative feedback will be left, and an “item not paid” dispute claim will be filed against the bidding party. Thank you for your business!!
If an item is purchased and the guidelines listed below are not adhered to by the buyer (i.e. domestic shipping price policy, PO Box address, etc..), resulting in termination of transaction and a subsequent relisting of said item, the buyer will be subject to a “relisting fee” of $1.00, which will be deducted from any resulting refund to said buyer.
Return Policy:
Asylum Nutrition WILL ONLY accept returns and/or exchanges under the following circumstances (as per the eBay return policy):
*If the item arrives damaged or is not as described in the listed auction. The items must retain their original factory seal (factory seal MUST be completely in tact) and ALL other associated packaging (all items are ALWAYS shipped with factory seals otherwise they do not leave our headquarters). All clothing must have all merchandise tags attached and have not been worn/washed.
Returns WILL NOT be accepted once the items have been opened, if you do not like the flavor or color (etc…), of the items purchased, if they did not fulfill your anticipated results, if side effects occurred, or if they are missing the factory seals and/or all original packaging.
If an item arrives to you damaged, please keep in mind that we will need proof of damage and in most cases will require the item to be returned. Whatever decision is made to remedy the defective item, an exchange or refund will be issued once we receive the defective item back from the buyer. We will not send a replacement or issue a refund before we receive the defective item back. Depending on how the item was originally shipped will be the requested method of return. We will reimburse the buyers return shipping charges provided the items were shipped back in the specified manner, i.e. USPS first class postage or in certain cases USPS priority flat rate packaging. We WILL NOT reimburse for express, overnight, or other unnecessarily expedited shipping methods. We package all of our items in bubble wrap, bubble envelopes, and with other various packing materials to ensure they arrive to our customers undamaged.
We are a distributer/retailer, not the direct manufacturers of the products that we sell…..therefore we can not be held responsible if the flavor of a product is not to your liking, or if the recommended dose is not sufficient for your particular body type, etc... PLEASE keep in mind that you, the buyer are purchasing nutritional supplements. Most of these products will carry a variety of manufacturer’s warnings regarding possible side effects, i.e. dizziness, mood swings, caffeine/stimulant sensitivity, upset stomach, etc…You, the buyer are taking responsibility in understanding that effects such as the aforementioned may occur. Again, we are NOT the manufacturer of these products and can not be held responsible for such effects. We are also not responsible for product claims made by the manufacturer. We encourage you to know about the products that you are purchasing.
Shipping:
AsylumNutrition.com offers reasonable shipping and handling charges for all items shipped. A small handling charge is assessed for the cost of shipping materials. Items will be either shipped USPS (in an attempt to keep shipping costs low, we ship parcel post or first class postage, please allow 6-9 days for delivery), or UPS ground (dependent on item weight). All items will have a 1 day handling time (1 business day) from the time payment is received. Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship/deliver on Saturdays, and USPS has limited hours of operation on Saturdays. If multiple items are purchased, the original method of shipment may change due to weight (USPS to UPS). We do combine shipping/handling costs (see individual auctions for additional item shipping costs). Additional stated shipping costs are per auction. When purchasing different products, you will be charged the initial shipping cost of each (highest item shipping cost); then the stated discounted cost will be applied per additional item (of the same auction). To receive shipping/handling discounts all items must be paid for within 4 days of auction end, and shipped to the same address. *If you are purchasing multiple items from multiple auctions, please contact us for shipping discounts! And wait to receive an updated invoice with the combined shipping costs before making payment.* EBay will not automatically calculate them. If you would like to receive an order invoice with your shipment, please specify such when payment is made.
Due to the large quantity of shipments that we receive from our distributers, some exterior packaging of products (cardboard box bottles are housed in) may be slightly damaged from shipment. This in no way affects the interior bottle or contents.
Hawaii, Alaska, USVI, Puerto Rico, MP, and Guam residents please contact us for non contiguous United States shipping costs (only shipped UPS, to a confirmed address in their database ONLY!!). International Customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable. Orders will be sent to the CONFIRMED/verified address on the bidding party’s account. We are sorry, however, we can only ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses if the method of shipment is USPS.
*UPS will charge $11.00 for an address correction. If the address provided by the buyer is NOT COMPLETE or accurate, the buyer will be billed (through PayPal) the additional $11.00 charge in addition to the original stated shipping charges.*
