We did plug in the machine and verified that it operates with it's foot pedal. This machine is in it's box and packaging. This machine does not come with the original manual but we did download a copy and printed it so we could include it with the machine. We ship within three days of receipt of payment.  We ship only with the United States Postal Service, choosing the best service at the fairest cost to our customers. We do combine shipping if more than one item is purchased at the same time. Please be sure to let us know if this is the case. Small Wonders is owned by us, Mark and Lanie and we live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  We are both retired and live with our two funny and entertaining dogs. Our four children are grown and we have 5 grandchildren with two more on the way.  We are blessed with a large, loving family.
