To qualify for combined shipping, all items must be paid for at the same time. Please email us to CONFIRM you would like your items combined. Once all items are paid for, we will ISSUE YOU A CREDIT TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT for the combined shipping discount.

Please note that all our merchandise sold on eBay is shared and located in a storefront location and is available for purchase by our walk-in customers. Everything we sell is 100% AUTHENTIC & brand new with store and/or vendor tags or in Original Box and has never left our storefront (unless otherwise listed as New with Defects or Without tags).

What this means is items are available to be tried on by those walk-in customers. Please be advised that some items (especially bottom soles of shoes) but not necessarily all items, may incur wrinkling, minor dirt marks, snags, scuffing on the soles of shoes or makeup stains, etc.

We do our best to provide accurate, detailed descriptions or images and describe any major flaws on any particular item we list, however sometimes, we are not aware of it before it gets listed, bought and shipped to you, our buyer. If that is the case, we will be happy to accept a return for a full-refund or assist you in remedying the situation. Thank you in advance for your understanding of the matter.

Please be aware:  Because most of inventory is shared, we update our eBay listings every morning to take off items that have sold the previous day in our storefront. This information of storefront sales is updated every day from reports of the previous day's sales. Occasionally, an item will sell in our store front AND sell on eBay before we have a chance to check the reports/invenotry and take down the listing. 

In the rare event that this happens causing you, our buyer, to purchase an item that has actually sold that day, we will contact you and immediately refund your PayPal account. We apologize for this inconvenience to our buyers, it is truly the only downside of being able to list such a wonderful variety of designer goods at below-cost prices.

RETURNS:

Items MUST be returned within 14 DAYS of delivery date in exact condition as received to qualify for a return. A refund will be issued as store credit, exchange or direct paypal refund depending on customer request. Buyer pays return shipping as per eBay policy.

FINAL SALE items can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

We ask that you please email us with the reason for return/exchange prior to returning your item so we may process your return faster. Please return items to the shipping address on your package or email us for Return Address.
