Vest/Top is designed to be worn OFF THE SHOULDER, sexy, slimming cut with larger breast area that narrows into a small waist

PLEASE NOTE: If wearing a top off of the shoulder feels un-natural or uncomfortable for you, this is not your vest !!

This vest is cut with very small sleeves that will not rise to or over the shoulder. The wide scoop neck will gap open if sleeves are pulled up.(OR.. if you choose to wear this on the shoulder, be aware that the arms are cut small; and you should have at least a "C / D" breast size or a well-made "add a cup"/ push up bra.  { again, the neck-line is large busted with smaller sleeves. If you are not of that proportion, it needs to be worn off the shoulder} )

This cut was quite intentional by the manufacturer, to create that "V"-shape, larger breasted, hour glass look.

( this may be manufacturer's mis-cut ~ we do not know which  ~~ either way, pulling the sleeves to the shoulders may cause damage by stretching the PVC )

Again, please note: unless you have quite large breasts (or a great padded bra) and thin arms. If not, this top can ONLY be worn off of the shoulder.
The sleeves will not pull up to the shoulder on 1 of these vest. However, we can, if you are interested, measure the arm-holes to give you a greater idea of how this may work for you. Please ask all questions in advance.)

It is important to know that PVC should never be "over-stretched", so please use our sizes (& be certain of your own. We cannot accept returns on over-stretched PVC).
