SHIPPING and DELIVERY CARE and MAINTENANCE

Shipping Method :  SHIPPING FREE !! Your orders will be shipped via FEDEX Ground with insurance.   The tracking number will be provided upon available.  We can only ship to 48 US contiguous States. 

Shipping Process :  You order will be securely packed and shipped usually within 1-2 business day.  You will receive the shipping notification upon available.

Shipping Damage :  Please report any shipping damage to us within 3 days of receiving.  We will work with shipping carrier for your claim.   Please keep the product and original packaging material for carrier inspection.

General Cleaning :  Brush off any loose dirt. Prepare a cleaning solution of 2 ounces (1/4 cup) mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water (less than 100°F/38°C). Use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to clean. Allow cleaning solution to soak into fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.  Allow fabric to air dry.

Spot Cleaning : Apply a light mist of our recommended cleaning solution using a spray bottle. Work the solution into the stain by lightly scrubbing the area with a sponge or very soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel or sponge. Wet-vacuum or blot excess water. Repeat these steps until stain is removed.

Return Policy : Please contact us within 3 days for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  For a shipping-free order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.  The actual shipping cost is based on the invoice issued by shipping carrier.  All ship-back items must be authorized and must be returned in original package as brand new condition.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  The returned package must arrive Sundance Chic Inc. within 10 days of the date that RMA number is issued.
