When will my order
leave your warehouse? If we receive your

Valley, CA. Fast shipping is one important reason Arch
Internet Superstore has been so successful. Most orders will ship by USPS. Large orders will ship by Fedex. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship
on Monday.

When will I get my
order in the USA? Once the order has shipped by USPS it
typically takes 1-5 business days to get to you. We will send email you with the tracking
information for your shipment. We are not responsible for any wrong or
undeliverable addresses. For urgent
orders please contact us and we can expedite your order.

charged a 7.75% sales tax.

Do you ship internationally? We DO ship internationally. We ship most orders by USPS. You
are responsible for paying any import duties your country may assess. Shipping
time is typically 6 -21 business days. But that can vary depending on your
countries postal system and if it is held for import taxes. We can also
expedite your shipping upon request.

Payment must be made within 7 days of our receipt of your order. After 7 days we will cancel your order in our

How do I request a
return?
If you have any questions or issues with your
order, please contact us and we'll resolve your issue. Our goal is that you

If the item(s) is damaged in transit or DOA,
an exchange will be made or refund issued. We offer our hassle-free money-back
guarantee on products returned within 14 days.

Products must be returned in their entirety in
the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must
be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts,
and with a copy of the invoice.

Your PayPal account will be
credited less original shipping charges, unless the products are damaged when
you receive them. Your credit will appear AFTER Arch Internet Superstore
receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all
criteria stated in this return policy.

In order to receive proper credit on your
return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) - This
will allow us to process your return when it comes back to our warehouse. If the package is refused or returned without
our issuing of an RA# or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be
applied. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees
listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs (items that were
shipped for free will be charged the actual shipping costs to that we paid to
deliver it to you) and a 15% restocking fee.
