There is no sales tax on your purchase unless your item is shipped inside the State of Missouri then it is subject to the Missouri Resident Sales Tax of 6.725%.
Please send us you phone number! If your order is shipped by one of our freight lines they do require a contact phone number to contact you to schedule delivery. Once your order arrives in your city they will call you to set up a delivery day.
On UPS shipments no phone number is required.
Unless otherwise noted, shipping rates are included as a flat fee in the individual listing.
We do not ship outside the Continental United States, nor do we ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Smaller items will be shipped via UPS Ground while larger items will be shipped through our network of interstate common carriers that specialize in shipping large items. Please note, items shipped via common carrier will be considered residential curbside delivery. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment once the product has arrived at your local/regional terminal. A signature is required at time of delivery. Our carriers deliver Monday thru Friday. No weekend deliveries. Liftgate is included unless there is a surcharge or not offered by the shipper. Limited delivery area for Thermador is 100 miles from our store. Extraordinary delivery locations (located to far from the carriers terminal) may create additional delivery charges or terminal pick-up. Sorry no shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico

Despite our best efforts to the contrary, items will occasionally be damaged in transit. Typical remedies include a replacement unit or parts, or a damage allowance. To ensure fairness for all involved parties we ask that you carefully open and inspect each package for any visable external damage prior to accepting the delivery. DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PRODUCT WITHOUT INSPECTING IT FIRST. If any damage is found we ask that you refuse the delivery and contact us within 48 hours. If delivery is refused we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible. If damage is discovered after the items have been signed for our options will be greatly limited, so again, we ask that you inspect each and every package prior to accepting delivery. You accept product condition liability once you sign off on the delivery receipt
