We make every effort to ensure that our items are in stock at the time of listing. While it rarely happens, because we do sell across multiple venues, items may go in and out of stock. If the item you have purchased is not available for shipping within a reasonable time frame, you will be notified by email and given the option to wait for the item to ship, offered an upgrade to a similar product, or be given the option to cancel and receive a full refund. Please consider this when purchasing. If you would like to know if the item is in stock prior to purchasing, please feel fee to contact us and ask.
Sales tax will be applied for certain states we conduct business in, as required by law. This can be waived, if you are a tax exempt organization or company, and provide a valid tax certificate to us via fax BEFORE making payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment must be received
within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be
forfeited after seven (7) days and a "non-paying
bidder" report will be filed with eBay. Every time a buyer "wins" a bid, or makes a purchase on eBay, the seller is charged "final value fees" for that sale. When a sale is not completed by the buyer, the only way a seller can recouped a portion of the fees it cost them to list and sell the item is to file the NPB report. Please keep this in mind when bidding and/or buying, and only bid/buy if you are planning to follow through with the sale.

address, such as your work address, along with additional methods of verifying you are an authorized user of the card.
If you are purchasing an item that states that it requires "immediate payment" via PayPal, and prefer not to use PayPal, please contact us for direction to an alternate listing for that item that will not require "immediate payment."
Unless otherwise stated
in the ad, standard shipping is to the 48 contiguous
US States only. We may be able to ship some items
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and certain other US territories, Post Office boxes, and APO/FPO
addresses, but you must request a shipping quote prior to bidding or buying a product. Not all items can be shipped to these locations. Please email us to ask BEFORE bidding or buying. Sorry, we do not offer local pickups.
Most items ship within
1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification
of your payment information. Tracking information
will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
If there should be a delay of 7 days or more for shipping
you will be contacted by email regarding this. Please note, some items priced at over $100, may require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to use a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the package during the day.
If you checkout Sunday
through Thursday, we will process your payment the
next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday,
we will process your payment on Monday or the next

If your package arrives visibly damaged in shipping, please contact us right away to let us know, so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. DO NOT throw away the box, or any packaging that was in the box, until the item has been inspected by the insurance company. Once the claim has been approved, an replacement will be sent to you. The damaged item will either be retrieved by the carrier, by our company, or we will give you further instructions for what to do with it.
If the item you have ordered is
defective, contact us within seven (7) days of package
receipt, and we will replace the defective item for
you, upon the return of the defective item back to us, in the same condition it was received. In the event
that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund
will be issued in the form of the original payment

RMA number and follow our conditions of return in

We DO NOT pay for return shipping on defective
merchandise, as we are not responsible for factory
defects, because we are not a product manufacturer
and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar
to a standard walk-in store). We do however ship the
replacement merchandise back to you at our expense,
thus splitting the overall shipping costs with you.

We feel that seven (7) days from receipt gives the customer ample time to open, use and/or test the product to make sure it is in working condition. After seven (7) days, the item will then fall under the manufacturer's warranty, and all issues or problems will need to be resolved directly with them.
