We only accept Pay Pal payment. We cannot accept any other forms of payment. This is in keeping with Ebay policy change to no paper payments effective October 2008.
Most commonly we ship by common carriers like UPS/FedEx. So if you need delivery to a PO Box or outside the lower 48 states or some other special arrangement, please Ask seller a question prior to buying to see if we can make this accomodation for you. Always provide a physical shipping address when making payment.
Whenever items can logistically and safely be shipping as 1 package, we will gladly combine shipping to save you money. However, most non-like items will be shipped separately. If you would like to know if items can/will ship together, please Ask seller a question prior to bidding/buying.
Items must be paid for all together. We will combine items for auctions that end within 7 days of the first auctions end. Failure to stay in these perimeters will void the privilage of combined shipping.
Shipping time is the time between us receiving payment and it be picked up by the carrier. The major majority of the items we sell will ship between 1 and 3 business days. However, for some items, this time could be longer. Please know we are very conscious and respectful of the fact that buyers want to receive their purchase as soon as possible and process orders rapidly for this reason. However, for a number of reasons, items may not ship for a couple to several days. We think our Detailed Seller Ratings speaks for itself.
Also, we can not control Delivery time, which is the time between the carrier taking possession of the package from us and it arriving at your front door. This varies drastically and involves many variables, most of which we can not control. Most of our customers items are delivered within a week, but we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (rarely will it take this long). If you have a deadline for receiving your purchase, before you purchase, we would be more than happy to provide an estimated time from for shipment and delivery, simply ask. Contact Me Complaints about delivery falling within these perimeters are not acceptable.
All items are sent with tracking. We make every effort to forward tracking number to you, usually via Pay Pal. However, we find our most common barrier to our customer's receiving these numbers is their email provider's SPAM filters. Please either set you SPAM filters to accept emails from us, or if you have not received tracking, check the Pay Pal transaction to see if we have posted it. Please allow at least 3 days to receive this, if you still haven't gotten it, please Contact Me
International Sales: In most cases, we do not do business outside of The United States.
To keep our prices and cost down, we do not accept returns unless an item is grossly misrepresented. All sales are final. If you have a problem, please Contact Us prior to leaving feedback or returning the item. We cannot accept returns without authorization.
We are tough on Non-paying bidders. Deadbeats will be reported to Ebay. Please make contact with us regarding payment within 3 days of auction end. Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. We have sold on Ebay long enough to have heard every excuse for delayed/non-payment, so we seldom believe excuses, so we ask you just make payment and not excuses!
We make every effort to assure that items are in stock and remove any items that have gone on backorder; however, due to the number of items that we carry this is not always possible. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the availability of a listed item.
If you have purchased an item and we find that it is on backorder we will notify you immediately and offer you one of two options:
1. You may leave the item on backorder and it will ship when it becomes available.
2. You can opt to receive a full refund of your purchase price, including any shipping and taxes you have paid.
