Shipping Info

All items are shipped via UPS and tracking information is automatically emailed once the shipment has been processed.

Most items are shipped same day if cleared payment is received by 2PM CST Monday - Friday.

DOA Warranty

A DOA Warranty is simply a guaranty that the item will not be Dead On Arrival. A 7 Day DOA Warranty allows for 7 calendar days after the delivery date to open and test the item.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to complete any inspection or testing within the 7 calendar days. This is a limited warranty and does not cover performance, appearance or compatibility.  The information included in the description is copied from google searches or from the manufacturer's website.  It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine compatibility.  This is a replacement warranty.  No refunds will be processed unless a replacement is unavailable.

The order number on your invoice and also which was provided to you during checkout, will be needed to initiate an RMA Claim. All claims must be transacted on-line to maintain documentation. Returned items (if return is required or permitted) will only be accepted with our Claim Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any package that arrives at our location without a valid Claim Number clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be accepted. To obtain your Claim Number please contact us through the eBay message system. Upon return, the item may be replaced or refunded at the discretion of the seller. Customers must pay the shipping cost to return the item for any reason.

We purchase large quantities of surplus items. We are not always familiar with the use of each item. The item description includes all the information that we have on each item. Please, do not take for granted that any peripheral or other items needed for the operation, installation or use of the item described will be included. Such as, documentation, batteries, power packs, cables, drivers, software or any item other than what is listed in the auction. The picture is of the same model, but may or may not be of the actual item.

We are located in Dallas, Texas. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm CST excluding Holidays. All business will be conducted during these hours. I try to respond to emails after hours however I cannot guarantee that I will be able to respond right away.
