Orders received before 3:00PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time will be processed on the next business day. Orders received after 3:00PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Sorry, Medondemand does not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Most of our products ship within 1 to 2 days, though some special order items may take longer. We will notify you of any delays in shipping.
When available, choose from UPS Ground or 3 Day Select. Expedited shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery. If you would like to confirm expedited shipping availability or prices, message us or call our customer service department at 1-888-433-2300.
We take great care in packaging every time to ensure safe shipment to you. We check every item before we pack. Therefore please check the package before you sign for it. And if it is broken or damaged, you can make a record with the carrier. At the same time, you can take a photo and send it to us and we will resolve it to you right away.
In the unlikely event that you were dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Item must be in its original packaging and conditions. Except in events where Medondemand is at fault, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Returned items without RMA# will not be honored.
