I installed this after my natural gas water heater rusted out and died. Now I have hot water istantly and I don't waste money heating a tank. It doesn't produce scolding hot water, but who needs that? This is perfect for running one hot water application at a time in my house, which is all I need. Had to run new wiring with a double pull 30 amp breaker, but this will save me money in the long run. I totally recommend this water heater.

heater is easy to install but does not work that well. I replaced a small low boy heater with this unit witch should have been equal to the low boy unit and the water does not get as hot.

Had my doubts as this is my first tankless. The price is half of what a 30 gal. tank would have cost, which I would have to bought for a replacement. Installing was very easy, had to buy a few plumbing parts to adapt the lines, but all in all the unit does the job with continues hot water. Thanks

Used this tankless water heater to take the chill off the water for an outdoor shower. Heats the water just enough to be uncomfortable when running hot only. Adding a little cold water makes it just right. It is a good unit for a single shower or a single sink/faucet located within 4-6 feet of the unit.

the water isn't hot enough, although it is set to the highest setting and the water pressure is not near as high as it was coming out of the old heater
