Discontinued and Hard-to-find Cosmetics: Package may be tattered... and there might be a sticker/sticker residue on the outside... but the makeup itself is in perfect condition! Some may not be in it's original box/package, but will be new/untested nonetheless.
Glass Bottles: Cosmetics that are in glass bottles are obviously breakable. I highly suggest insurance, or opting for Priority Mail so that it ships in a box instead of a padded manila envelope. However, in all the years I've shipped, I've only had 1 broken bottle sent in a padded manila envelope.
