I always wash all bedding I re-sell, so it will come to you freshly laundered - and I always list any and all flaws as best as I can!

I ship Tuesdays thru Fridays. If you are from the States, please keep in mind that parcels have to go through customs and can take up to 2 weeks to reach you. I will send you an email to let you know the rough estimated time AND when it was actually shipped out from my end (which in MOST cases is within 48 hours after receiving payment).

I do NOT make ANY profits off of the shipping amounts! I have to ask that if you don't like the shipping amount the "calculator" gives you, please don't bid. Sellers seem to get dinged on their DSR ratings for the shipping amounts, when it's out of their hands!

Refunds: Generally, I don't issue refunds, UNLESS it's a mistake at my end. You will be required to ship it back to me (at your cost) and I'll issue a refund, less the shipping costs. If this doesn't work for you, please don't bid.

I highly believe in customer service and only want happy customers in the end.
