PayPal is our only acceptable method of payment
We can only accept payment from U.S. registered ebay, and Paypal accounts. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal Payments Pro to process your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Alternate shipping address changes MUST be made in the shipping address field on ebay prior to paymet. We can not change shipping addresses after an item is paid for.
Cleared Paypal payments usually ship within 24 hours.
Sales tax will be applied to KS and MO residents.
If purchasing items from multiple listings, after you have made all your purchases, request a total and we will send you a combined invoice to pay from. Please Do Not pay for these items before they have been combined. Items paid for individually will be shipped individually.

Some of our appliances are brand new in original packaging and will be stated in the description of the sale.
Factory Reconditioned Appliances
Some of our appliances are factory reconditioned units. If an item is reconditioned, it will be clearly stated in the description of the sale. Please read the following information before bidding on a reconditioned item.
*It is a like-new unit that conforms to new product functionality and electrical specifications.
*Factory Reconditioned items were returned to the manufacturer by retailers.
*The manufacturer inspected and tested the units, then determined the products to be in excellent condition.
*The units were repackaged by the manufacturer, and marked as Factory Reconditioned.
Shipping Notice
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A.
We use Fedex Ground, Fedex Smartpost, or USPS. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.
All shipments over 5 lbs will ship via Fedex Ground. Fedex Ground will not ship to PO Boxes. Anything under 5 lbs will ship via Fedex Smartpost, which means Fedex will carry to the local USPS office, and they will deliver from there. Fedex Smartpost can ship to PO boxes. Please keep in mind that these items will reach their final destination via USPS. Items small enough to fit in a bubble mailer will ship USPS.
Shipping costs are clearly listed in each listing. Shipping charge for additional quantities of this item (if available) will be listed on the shipping section of each listing. If purchasing items from multiple listings, after you have made all your purchases, request a total and we will send you a combined invoice to pay from. Please Do Not pay for these items before they have been combined.
We can only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or any other US territories. We do not ship to APO addresses.
We do not offer local pickup.
Emails with tracking information are sent within 24 hours of each item being shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folder if these are not found in your inbox, as these will come from a different source.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products.
When shipping items back: Please include a copy of the invoice with a written explanation of the reason for returning, as well as all packaging materials and accessories that came with the product. Shipping fees, including return shipping, are non-refundable. For returns of items that originally had free shipping, the original purchase price will be refunded minus any outbound shipping charges. This will usually be a $4.00 deduction for any item shipped USPS, and $8.00 for any item shipped FedEx.
If your item is defective, please e-mail the address above within 30 days of receipt for instructions on a replacement unit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
