If there are any smudges or minor scuffs on the soles of the shoes, it is from being tried on in the department store.
*The Reebok name on the insole of the right shoe at the heel is partially missing where the retail price sticker was removed. This is nothing major, I just wanted you to be aware of it.
All of the items that we sell are marked in some manner that would not be visible to other people to prevent returns to department stores.

Our handling fee is $3.00. This fee includes the current cost of Delivery Confirmation. The handling fee is used to help cover our cost of boxes, packing paper, peanuts, bubble wrap, packing tape, labels, and an eight mile trip to post office six days a week. This handling fee does not cover all of our shipping expenses. We do not make a profit on our handling fee.
We always ship the same day or next business day after receiving payment, but the Postal Service is not quite as fast as we are. If you need your package in a hurry, we suggest that you choose Priority or Express Mail for your shipping method rather than Parcel Post.
ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES, & APO SHIPPING
All customers in Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO military addresses are recommended to choose Priority or Express Mail as your shipping method. According to our local Post Office it can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive by Parcel Post.
If you are an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER including Canada, we only ship by Priority International or Express Mail so that we can track and insure your package. This is for your protection as well as ours. International Customers are Responsible for ALL applicable customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
We also WILL NOT devalue any International purchase or mark it as a gift (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please do not ask. This is illegal in our country as well as yours.
We MUST be contacted before any return. We do not do exchanges, only refunds. We MUST receive the item back within 14 days from the day that you received the item. Item must be in the same condition as when received, New, Never Worn, and With Tags Attached or in Original Manufacturer Box, if tags or box are mentioned in listing. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs including Tracking and Required Insurance for items $50.00 and above. Buyer MUST email us the tracking and insurance numbers when the item has been shipped so that we will know when to expect the item. When we receive the returned item in the same condition as when shipped to you, a refund for the amount of the item only will be sent to you through Paypal. Item MUST be free of smoke, perfumes, and/or pet odors. If any of these odors are present when returned to us, a refund will Not be given and the item will not be sent back unless you pay for the return shipping costs back to you.
