US Shipping

• Kentucky residents are responsible for 6% sales tax.
• All United States FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Next Day Air shipments, with merchandise value of $100 or more, and/or shipping to an apartment or condo complex will require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
• All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being received. If you do not receive the tracking number, please contact customer service.
• P.O. Boxes and Military addresses incur an additional $3.00 in shipping costs.
• Orders for more than (10) pairs of shoes domestically are considered bulk purchases and will be subject to actual freight charges. Please contact Customer Service if you plan on ordering more than (10) pairs of shoes domestically.
• On orders that include more than one item, combined shipping rates will apply. In order to get combined shipping, please pay for all items with one payment. If items do not automatically combine into one checkout, please contact customer service before submitting payment.

International Shipping

• All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment on business days.
• Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Buyer has to pay for any import duties and/or import taxes. You will be subject to not only customs and duty fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes, and they will be collected by the delivering freight company. If the shipment is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.
• Per US and International government regulations, we cannot mark false merchandise values and/or mark items as gifts.
• Street Moda DOES NOT ship to the following countries via DHL Global Mail: Albania [AL], Bulgaria [BG], Mexico [MX], Phillipines [PH], Romania [RO], Russia [RU], and the Ukraine [UA]. You must select International Express [FedEx of DHL] or USPS Express Mail if you live in these countries.
• DHL Global Mail does not provide tracking numbers except to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We have internal tracking for those countries. If you wish to have tracking visibility and you live in any other country, please select International Express [FedEx or DHL].
• Orders for more than(5) pairs internationally are considered bulk purchases and will be subject to actual freight charges. Please contact Customer Service if you plan on ordering more than(5) pairs internationally, so we can quote actual shipping charges.

Returns/Exchanges

Street Moda has a 30-day return policy. If you return after the 30 day return window, we will accept your return, but your refund will be based on the value your item is selling at presently, not the cost you bought it for. We do not accept returns on undergarments, socks, hats, swimwear or any worn items. You will receive a prepaid return label and our full return policy in your shipment. If you want to exchange for another item, your return shipping is FREE! If you are returning for a refund, there will be a $7.50 restocking fee if you use the prepaid return label.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – Prepaid return labels can not be used out of the US. Please follow the instructions for returning or exchanging and choose the shipping company of your choice.
