NOTE where "flat rate envelope" is offered, there are limitations on how many items I can fit into one. This option may not be available if you purchase more items then fit.

 

Generally, Priority as well as Express mail flat rate envelopes are 

12x9 cardboard envelopes can be filled at best to 2 inches (50mm) thickness. By filling up thickness the12x9 is reduced

(fits about 4 standard size novels, or 10 standard blisters if you don't mind the plastic bubble getting smashed)
