Enjoy all her pictures.I’m proud to announce the arrival of my latest reborn doll, a beautiful little girl called Kayla. This adorable girl started out as “Shyann” sculpted by the very talented artist Aleina Peterson.
Kayla was born December 23, 2011 at 5:38 p.m.
Kayla is a beautiful newborn AA/ Ethnic baby.
Kayla has the skin depth done in several layers to give her a very realistic skin tone and texture, mottling, tiny capillaries and subtle veining all hand painted with Genesis Heat Set paint. I sealed her with a real skin effect that never come off or fade. Kayla has realistic hand painted hair in which I also rooted with a very fine 43 Gauge rooting needle only 1-2 strands at time. It looks like it just grew out of her scalp. It has been sealed from inside so you can lightly wet it and style. I used premium quality angora curly mohair in a pretty black color just perfect for her sweet face. Kayla has open Pierced ears and come with a magnet pacifier.
Nose was opened, shaded and backed. Her sweet fingers and toes have been finely detailed with a baby manicure in a real lite color with half-moon, sealed with a permanent satin varnish.
Kayla’s sweet eyebrows have also been hand painted.
Her baby lips were sealed with the slightest hint of wetness for realistic look. I gave Kayla beautiful bright Woodland Green Eyes.
High quality fully jointed, flesh colored doe suede material body, strategically weighted using a combination of Glass beads and Poly fill, so She is safe for overseas travel. (NO SAND IS EVER USED INSIDE MY BABIES).
Kayla has 3/4 arms and 3/4 legs. You can pose her any way you want.
She is an absolute sweetie and I have really enjoyed working on her.Kayla has captured a very realistic look and I hope I have done her justice.
I take all my photos in natural day light so her skin tone may appear darker than it is in some photos, they may also appear slightly darker or lighter on different monitors. I’m not photographer but I do the best that I can.

I have been a oil painter for over 27 years.I have mastered the ability to craft and specialize in this profession because I loved making paintings that come to life. I have designs reborn babies for about a year or so. I design dolls of all kinds in hours of hard work to make them look like stunning real babies, every reborn is made with a lot of dedication and devotion. The learning never ends, new ideas and techniques being explored while other techniques become perfected creating these reborn babies is about producing the ultimate in realism through a variety of applications and a particular attention to the finer details that separate one doll from another. I absolutely love the art of reborning, I'm very meticulous in every single detail. Most importantly I've put a lot of Heart and Love to my work; this is what in effect brings my babies to life, to give all my customers the satisfaction of experiencing a real baby and having them for many years.
