Badge belonged to M. K. Belyaev. The sign of the Warsaw Community nurses Russian Red Cross Society, on the tape.

Poland within the Russian Empire, Warsaw, 1909-1917 gg. Workshop O.Reising. Hallmarks on the reverse side of the sign at the bottom: the Warsaw district of assay control sample in the oval metal plate [ a woman's head in a headdress, right, 84] and the stamp of the studioin two lines «O. REISING VARSOVIE».

Silver,enamel, 41.47 g, silk. Dimensions76,2×46,9 mm. Preservation is excellent, beautiful patina. Patrikeev, Boynovich.1 # 7.14.Approved April 30, 1909.

On the back of the sign engraved in 11 lines in cyrillic :’’ Varshavskaia obshtina na sesteri Miloserdia Sv.Elisaveta”in English “Warsaw Municipality of nurses. Saint Elisaveta ’’foundation of the community 1880.

Sign with the tape inserted in the original box.
