Payment is expected within 7 days. I will ship your item immediately after receipt of your payment with the following exceptions. E-checks through Paypal will take 4-5 days to clear.
I only report Non-paying bidders as a last resort, but if you win an auction and don't pay, and don't answer any of my attempts to contact you, Ebay will be notified. I'm very flexible and patient up to a point, but you must contact me if you are having difficulty completing a transaction. Lastly, changing your mind is not a valid reason for non-payment so please be sure you really want the item before you bid.
I'm happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases when everything is paid for together and will safely fit into one box. Please be patient and wait for the combined invoice. I package very carefully to insure your item is protected against breakage.
If payment is received by 5 pm Eastern time Sunday through Friday, your package will be shipped the following day. Items paid for on Saturday will ship on the following Monday. Holidays are excepted. If your purchase requires special packaging there may be an additional 1-day delay, but I'll notify you if that's the case.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Thanks for your understanding.
If an item is new, it will be clearly identified as such. Most of the items I sell are vintage or used. I take great care to describe each item, including any flaws, however I may occasionally miss something. If you purchase from me and find that I've missed something that substantially detracts from the enjoyment of your purchase, please contact me so that we can work out a mutually agreeable solution.
FEEDBACK: I will leave Feedback for buyers once I receive payment, and I would really appreciate receiving Feedback from you once you receive your purchase. Ebay has introduced a Star Feedback rating system. It is extremely important to me as a Seller to get as close to a 5 Star Rating as possible.
If you do business with me and feel that you're unable to leave 5-star ratings across the board, please contact me so that I can understand what I could have done differently to make your transaction a 5-star experience.
I have been selling on Ebay since 1998 when I retired. I enjoy selling on Ebay and will always strive to make your purchase from me a pleasant experience. I've encountered quite a few "interesting" sellers as a buyer, and based on those experiences I can absolutely promise you this:
- I will never wait until 3 days after the auction ends to answer your question.
- I will never belittle you, shout at you or threaten you with bodily harm.
- I will never pretend I'm better than you. I don't even know you. Heck, you're probably better than me!
- I will never start an auction at $.99 and then add huge handling costs for shipping to insure a profit or avoid Ebay fees.
- I will never knowingly misrepresent any item that I offer for sale.
- I will never make you wait weeks to receive an item you paid for immediately.
- I value each of my customers and will always give you the attention that your purchase deserves.
Please use the "Ask Seller a Question" links if you wish to contact me. I try to answer questions promptly. I check my auctions frequently so you should receive a response within a few hours. Please don't wait until the last few minutes of an auction to ask a question. I may not be able to get back to you before the end of the auction.
