All payments must be made immediately following "Buy It Now" auction close. The only accepted method of payment is PayPal. You may not pay with credit, check or ATM cards. We do not accept gift cards, personal checks, or cash. All orders must be shipped and cannot be picked up at our Distribution Center.
Order processing generally takes 24 hours to complete and occurs on business days only (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day. We do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Economy Shipping: Transit time is 4-11 business days. Economy shipping in the contiguous US to Street and P.O. Box is $3.99 + $0.50 for each additional item. Economy shipping to Hawaii and Alaska addresses is $5.99 + $0.50 for each additional item .
Standard Shipping: Transit time is 3-7 business days. Standard shipping in the contiguous US to Street and P.O. Box is $5.99 + $0.50 for each additional item. Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska addresses is $7.99 + $0.50 for each additional item.
Expedited Shipping: Transit time is 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping is only available to contiguous US Street and P.O. Box and is $6.99 + $0.50 for each additional item.
One-Day Shipping: Transit time is 1 business day. One-Day shipping is only available to contiguous US Street and P.O. Box and is $17.99 + $0.50 for each additional item.
Ship duration estimates are based on the day that your order ships from our distribution center. Our team will do their best to make sure everything is in line for a timely delivery, however these are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Return Policy. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you will not receive a refund for that item. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything. The following items are NEVER returnable:
- Special Order Items
- Props that require special delivery
- Partial Party Kits
- Disposable Helium Tanks
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered
- Food and Edible Items including: box mixes, cookies, candy, mints and edible decorations
Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refusal of packages. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than five of one item is ordered and returned.
There are certain items we can only take back if they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:
- Undergarments, socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
- CD's and DVD's
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Party Supplies
To Initiate a Return:
All return products require a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a RAN, call our Customer Service Department at 800-753-5461. A return must be received within 14 days of initiating the RAN. Please Note: your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
We generally process returns within a week of receiving the product back. Please Note: This timing can vary based on the season.
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product or size, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you already received. To order a replacement item, call our Customer Service Department at 800-753-5461.
We do not charge sales tax for most of our domestic orders. However, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year. If your order is shipping to a location in the state of Wisconsin, California, Washington, or New York, you will be charged the applicable state sales tax.
