The Rachael Ray 8" Stainless Steel Skillet heats quickly and evenly, and the aluminum-capped base adds both energy efficiency and improved heat retention.

 

The nonstick interior means that the pan doesn't react to acidic foods, resists corrosion and scratches, and cleans easily with just a sponge. The large cooking surface and semi-deep, tapered sides also maximize space and nicely accommodate utensils like spatulas and whisks.

 

Ergonimically designed handle has an arched designed.  It has been covered with grippy orange silicone that's oven-safe to 400 degrees F. The handle is attached to the body with two heavy bolts for long, break- and warp-free service.
