I bought this product because its ease of usage and repairs. Most of the problems, if any that you have with this phone is very rare, but simple to fix. I personally like this phone because it allows me to work without my computer. This is beneficial because I spend much of my time traveling and lugging a laptop around is a bit of a hassel
Great phone. GF loves it. If it was my phone though, I would be hesitant on getting it only because it freezes up occasionally. All in all though for the price it is a great phone. If it didnt freeze up occasionally id give this 5 stars.

Good phone great price, although when I got it the battery was shot and I had to get a new one, but with the new battery the battery life is awesome.
Had an Android but like this better. Really like the track pad compared to Android touch screen. Would have liked flash for camera and zoom.
