Shipping Policy
- Most parcels will be shipped within one business day after receiving payment, excluding weekends.
- We only ship within the United States and Canada using Canada Post Monday through Friday.
- A Canada Post tracking # will be sent to your registered email address through paypal, and ebay aucton details pade updated, when the item is shipped!
- We will combine shipping on multiple items purchased to save you on the shipping charges. Additional minimal fees will apply!
Return Policy
- Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We will work with you to find a solution when a problem arises. We will allow returns for new products that have not been used and are returned in the exact condition as shipped.
- Please contact us through ebay within 3 days if the item does not arrive as described.
- All issues will be resolved as quickly as possible.
- Returns will not be accepted on used items unless it was grossly misrepresented in the auction description.
- Approved Returns will be refunded the original purchase and shipping amount. Return of item will be the responsibility of the sender. We will not be responsible for lost return shipments. (Recommended that insurance is purchase)
Damages In-Transit
Unfortunately items can get damaged while in-transit. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged items so we can begin the claims process with the courier company. A full refund, including shipping, will be provided if an item is damaged in transit. Refund will be paid after the insurance claim is approved and paid out.
